If I asked you about your strengths, would you have an answer? What if I asked about your weaknesses?
Over years of working with leaders, I find I often get a blank stare when I ask about their strengths. They might give 1 or 2, but they often find it difficult to think about their strengths, or as I like to call them, their super powers.
Yet, when I ask about weaknesses the list is never-ending.
Seriously, you all KNOW your weaknesses.
