After spending nearly 20 years in technology, including owning his own technology consultancy, Hank found his strength in developing high-performance teams and leaders while co-building a Learning and Development department from scratch. In the first years of working with other executive and leadership coaches, Hank found an affinity for coaching when he experienced the impact coaching had not only individually, but organizationally.

Hank partners with new, high-potential, and struggling leaders to connect to their strengths, broaden their impact, and unlock their unique leadership voice. Skills developed in theater and voice acting translate into helping leaders develop greater executive presence and strong presentation skills.

When Hank isn't coaching or developing leadership programs, you can find him on stage locally, homebrewing award-winning beer, or hanging out with his high school sweetheart. His greatest accomplishment to date is that his adult kids still like to talk to him.
